The State of Alabama is seeking janitorial services for the Auburn Taxpayer Service Center, covering approximately 7,340 square feet. The scope includes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of offices, lobbies, kitchen/breakroom areas, and restrooms; trash removal; vacuuming and mopping; dusting; glass and surface cleaning; restroom sanitation; disinfection using color-coded microfiber cloths; and high dusting up to 12 feet without a ladder. The contractor must furnish all equipment, tools, chemicals, and cleaning supplies necessary for performance, while the client will provide paper towels, hand soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, and trash-can liners. The scope also includes annual carpet shampooing using the extraction method and spot treatment as needed. Services are required from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Suppliers must be located within a 75-mile radius of the building location. First-time bidders must contact Leon Kelly to schedule a site walkthrough.
