Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking a supplier to perform annual preventative maintenance on two Fulton Endura EDR-2000 boilers and four Navien NPE-240A2(NG) tankless hot water heaters. Boiler maintenance includes inspection and cleaning of the fuel train, burner, controls, venting, condensate drain, hydronic system, gas valve, low-water cutout probe, venturi, cabinet, gaskets, and relief valve; replacement of the combustion air filters; leak testing; and combustion analysis and adjustment as needed. Water-heater maintenance includes inspecting the back-flow dampers and flushing each system with descaling solution for 30 minutes. The awarded supplier must be certified to work on both specified equipment brands, and alternate equipment quotations must include complete model or part numbers and descriptive or technical literature. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
