Description
The Town of Normal is requesting proposals from highly qualified, licensed radon measurement professionals or technicians to test radon gas levels for single-family housing rehabilitation projects. The scope is professional radon measurement services, with proposals evaluated based on responsiveness, relevant experience, project-team qualifications, references, and per-unit pricing. The selected provider must submit a proposal consisting of one paper copy and one USB or flash drive containing the proposal in Adobe PDF format. The proposal must be sealed and clearly marked as specified in the solicitation.
