Description
The City of Bloomington, Illinois, is soliciting sealed bids for the Lake Bloomington Roadway Resurfacing Project on Hiawatha. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's OpenGov e-Procurement Portal by the stated deadline, and bidders must create an active portal account and follow the project to remain eligible for award. A bid guaranty of at least 10% of the bid amount is required and may be provided as a cashier's check, money order, certified bank check, or surety bond. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract price within 10 business days after award. Work must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and applicable prevailing wage requirements.
