Description
The City of Kirkland is soliciting bids for pressure washing two pumping stations and their components, along with certain on-demand work. The successful contractor must dispose of waste at an appropriate site approved by Quebec's Ministry of the Environment and the Fight Against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks. The contract has a 12-month term from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with four possible renewal options. Award will be based on the lowest proposed price. A bid security equal to 10% of the total bid amount including taxes is required; for electronic submissions, only a bid bond or irrevocable letter of guarantee is accepted.
