Description
The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts is soliciting proposals from conference venues for multiple categories of conferences and an optional venue pool. Required capabilities include lodging accommodations, meeting space, food and beverage service, audiovisual equipment and support, accessible layouts, direct billing without deposits, and related concessions. Conferences range from small events of approximately 30–65 attendees to large events of approximately 150–225 attendees, with specified room-night requirements and conference schedules across Washington State. Bidders may propose for any or all categories and geographic areas. Facilities must meet stated requirements for meeting configurations, lodging capacity, dietary accommodations, per-diem pricing, outside audiovisual vendors, accessibility, and Washington business licensure. Category 5 would establish an unranked pre-qualified vendor list for as-needed services for up to three years. Responses must include the proposal submission letter, bidder certifications and assurances, completed questionnaire, and bidder-provided proposal.
