Description
The United Nations Development Programme is requesting a quotation for an environmental workshop for 30 participants outside Dakar, at Saly or Thiès. The requirement includes a meeting room for three days, half-board accommodation from November 9 through 12, 2026, and afternoon coffee breaks during the workshop from November 10 through 12. Bidders must provide technical compliance information and an all-inclusive financial offer in XOF, including any applicable transportation, insurance, installation, training, and other costs. The offer must include a brief company profile, confirmation of offer validity, technical and financial responses, relevant experience, and the required supplier declarations. The contract is expected to be issued as a purchase order and awarded to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer.
