Description
Tampa Bay Water is soliciting qualified firms or individuals to provide as-needed ecological services under task-based contracts. Assignments will support short-term environmental and ecological investigations, regulatory compliance, and related projects requiring timely responses. Selected firms must have an established reputation, documented successful experience, appropriately experienced staff, and sufficient resources to provide comprehensive and reliable products and services. Up to nine firms are expected to be selected for three-year contracts with two one-year renewal options. The scope includes ecological consulting involving freshwater and estuarine systems, environmental permitting and compliance, monitoring, mitigation and restoration, land management, GIS implementation, remote sensing, hydrological analysis, source-water protection, and related statistical and spatial analysis. Proposers may also be required to demonstrate their qualifications through interviews.
