Green Hills Regional Planning Commission seeks comprehensive services to replace its primary website with a modern, mobile-optimized, user-friendly platform meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. The scope includes stakeholder discovery, information architecture and navigation, flexible CMS implementation, dynamic storytelling, CRM, live chat and booking-tool integrations, interactive maps, data dashboards, a searchable public-report repository, content migration, SEO, launch, and staff training and documentation. The selected vendor must provide post-launch maintenance and technical support for an initial three-year period, with a one-year renewal option. Proposals are due October 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST, and may be submitted by email or mail. The stated $25,000–$30,000 amount is an external estimate rather than a budget stated in the RFP.
