Description
The New Hampshire Air National Guard is seeking commercial tactical gear under a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The requirement includes 25 M-19 holsters, 20 OCP ponchos, 84 plate-carrier M4 magazine panels, combat OCP shirts in sizes from extra-small through 2X-large, and plate carriers in sizes from small through extra-large. Brand-name-or-equal products are permitted for several line items, subject to the stated salient characteristics, including OCP compliance and no-melt/no-drip properties for the combat shirts. Quotes must address every line item and include a detailed technical narrative demonstrating that the proposed products meet or exceed the requested characteristics, a fulfillment and delivery schedule, and evidence of authorized distributor or dealer status for the brand-name tactical components. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside, and quotes must remain valid for 60 days.
