Description
The U.S. Army is seeking capable sources for a recurring long-term lodging requirement supporting personnel assigned to Temporary Change of Station duty near Bluffdale, Utah. The contractor must provide up to four fully furnished, single-occupancy dwellings, which may include one-bedroom apartments, studios, condominiums, or hotel rooms. Each unit must be within a 25-mile Google Maps driving radius of 17800 South Redwood Road, Building 9300, Bluffdale, Utah, and may be provided across multiple properties. Units must be nonsmoking, pet-friendly, secure, fully furnished, and equipped with a functional kitchen, full-size refrigerator, basic housewares, included utilities, and high-speed internet of at least 300 Mbps. Properties must provide free onsite parking and 24-hour onsite laundry access; hotel properties must have at least an AAA Diamond Approved Rating and provide weekly cleaning and linen exchange. The anticipated firm-fixed-price contract has a period of performance from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029, with annual options, and rates may not exceed the applicable lodging per diem for ZIP code 84065.
