Description
The Quinault Indian Nation is seeking a local community member who is bilingual in English and Spanish to provide interpretation for non-English-speaking Human Services participants and clients. Services may include coordinating availability with Human Services staff, attending staff and client meetings, court hearings, and family meetings where confidentiality is required, and communicating client-related concerns to staff and support personnel. The selected contractor must sign a confidentiality oath and related assurance forms, provide their own transportation to engagements, and be available locally and flexibly. Proposals must include firm information, assigned personnel qualifications and similar project experience, a flat-fee proposal, and at least three references. Award evaluation will consider project understanding and work plan, qualifications and experience, past performance and references, and cost. Indian preference applies, and eligible Indian contractors must provide certification from the Tribal Employment Rights Office.
