Description
Rochester Community Schools is soliciting bids for its 2020 Sinking Fund 2027 Roofing Program. The work involves roofing construction at Rochester High School, West Middle School, and Adams High School. Bid documents and bid forms are provided through the construction manager's document portal, and bids will only be accepted on the provided forms. A 5% bid bond is required, although certified or cashier's checks are acceptable for bids under $50,000. Successful contractors must provide performance and payment bonds equal to the contract amount for bid categories exceeding $50,000. Each bid must also include a sworn and notarized familial-relationship disclosure statement and a signed Iran Economic Sanctions Affidavit. Prevailing wage rates are not required, and the project is subject to Michigan sales and use tax.
