Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Armenia is soliciting a company legally registered and operating in Armenia to manufacture and deliver 314 Unified Social Service uniform sets, totaling 1,558 garments, for a two-year requirement. The scope includes women's and men's polo shirts, trousers, skirts, and vests, with specified fabrics, colors, sizing standards, USS logo embroidery, approved prototypes, packaging, transportation, fitting, pre-production samples, quality control, and final inspection. The contractor must deliver all garments to 0010, Yerevan, Nalbandyan St., 13 Building, within eight weeks after contract signature. The contractor may use a third-party manufacturer but remains fully responsible for compliance. A three-month warranty from final acceptance is required, and the quotation must include the completed quotation submission and technical/financial offer forms, company information, registration documentation, relevant project experience, bank documentation, and required portal responses.
