Description
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization is seeking a supplier for Lot 2 training clothing for its Close Protection Unit. The required items include trousers, polo or short-sleeve shirts, long-sleeve shirts, and jackets in a variety of sizes and discreet color options. Specifications include durable, lightweight designs; no-melt/no-drip material for trousers; reinforced wear areas and discreet pockets; moisture-wicking, durable, wrinkle-resistant shirts; adjustable sleeve openings; and breathable, water-resistant jackets with elastic cuffs and adjustable waists. The supplier must provide technical and administrative support, bilingual English and French communication, delivery to NATO Headquarters in Brussels, and pricing that includes labor, materials, transport, and other execution costs. The initial contract duration is three years, with two optional one-year extensions. Offers must include the specified contact details, technical proposal, completed technical evaluation matrix, pricing schedule, bidder-responsibility certification, schedule of exceptions, conflict-of-interest statement, origin-of-supplies certificate, and reviewed model contract.
