Description
The City of Rochester is seeking proposals for the procurement, delivery, and installation of two columbarium systems at Mount Avon Cemetery. Each system is to include 48 niches—24 per side—measuring 12 inches by 12 inches by 12 inches, with black granite fronts and a rectangular shape. The systems should match the cemetery’s existing columbariums as closely as possible in size, color, construction, rosettes, and other appearance details; proposed materials must be new, unused, defect-free, and suitable for the intended service. The proposal must include delivery and installation timing, manufacturer warranty information, product specifications, graphics, foundation specifications, Michigan client references, and completed proposal, price, product questionnaire, business information questionnaire, and vendor certification forms. The solicitation requires one original and three copies, sealed and clearly marked, and does not accept email, fax, or other electronic submissions. The price sheet requests pricing for the specified quantities and delivery and installation.
