Description
The Town of Pelham is requesting a qualified contractor to supply and install a pre-assembled, 96-niche columbarium at Fonthill Cemetery. The specified unit is Standstead grey with polished steel and rock surfaces, an aluminum interior, and polished Laser Black front panels, and must conform to the tender drawings identified as 2026-PW-20 – 96 Niche Columbarium. The successful contractor must assemble, prepare, and submit foundation drawings stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in Ontario. The work must be completed by December 15, 2026. Bid submissions are electronic and pricing submissions only.
