Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is soliciting a firm-fixed-price general construction bid for gravesite expansion and repair of Facility Condition Assessment deficiencies at Fort Sill National Cemetery. The scope includes installation of 3,554 crypts, cemetery and columbarium construction, concrete and asphalt paving, drainage and irrigation work, signage, repairs to committal shelters and other cemetery facilities, electrical, fire alarm, telecommunications, security, HVAC, masonry, stone veneer, and related site improvements. CLIN 0002 separately requires an assessment of longitudinal and transverse cracks throughout the cemetery roadways and a pavement assessment report; construction of Columbarium C is identified as Bid Option 1. The total performance period is 545 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is a 100% set-aside for certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, with a project magnitude between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Bids are evaluated on price among responsible, conforming bidders.
