Description
The City of Muscatine and its Parks and Recreation Department seeks a new topdressing machine for a soccer complex. The scope includes supplying, delivering, and installing the equipment as detailed in the attached scope of services. Bids must be submitted to the City’s Finance Department and will be publicly opened after the submission deadline. The City reserves the right to request additional information and to accept or reject any bid or portion of a bid in the City’s best interest.
