Description
Muscatine Power and Water is soliciting sealed bids for one 200,000-gallon nominal-volume, field-fabricated storage tank for FGD calcium sulfate and bottom ash service at its Unit 9 Generation Station. The tank must be welded 317L stainless steel construction in accordance with API Standard 650 and include spiral stairs, agitator supports, an access platform, nozzles, a manway, cleanout, anchor bolt chairs, grounding lugs, and external pipe support clips. The scope includes engineering and design, supply, fabrication, delivery, erection, inspection, testing, and documentation. Bidders must prepare their bids on the provided bid form and submit them electronically through Ion Wave. The response must include the Bidder's Payment Schedule, references and prior experience, Present Commitments, a Subcontractor List, acknowledgment of the issued addenda, and Supplier Information. At least two references for work or services of the same type and size performed within the last three to five years are required.
