Description
The Minnesota Air National Guard is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for two new John Deere Z960M ZTrak mowers. The equipment must be current-production, unused, and compatible with the agency’s existing John Deere Z960 fleet. Required features include a minimum 31.0-horsepower commercial OHV gasoline engine, 60-inch FastBack PRO rear-discharge deck, 60-inch rear-discharge mulching kit, minimum 11.5-gallon fuel capacity, deluxe suspension seat with armrests and ComfortGlide suspension, flat-free Michelin X Tweel Turf airless radial rear tires, twin-lever hydrostatic steering, and a foldable OSHA-compliant ROPS with retractable seat belt. The contractor must provide operator and maintenance manuals and standard manufacturer warranty documentation covering defects and performance for at least 12 months. Delivery is required by September 30, 2026, with inspection and acceptance upon delivery. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical acceptability, delivery time, quality, and past performance. The solicitation permits alternative or innovative solutions, but the attached justification identifies the John Deere brand as necessary for fleet compatibility and maintenance efficiencies. Offerors must provide pricing, Tax ID, and SAM UEI; electronic files must use standard Microsoft or Adobe formats, remain unsecured and accessible, and total less than 10 MB.
