Description
Delaware County, Pennsylvania is soliciting proposals for a contractor to identify optimal locations and install a countywide network of at least 10 pre-purchased flood and stream gauges. The County has already purchased the gauges; the contractor will provide siting and installation services throughout the County. The solicitation includes required submission items such as a proposal file, checklist/certification form, entity information, cost form, non-collusion affidavit, ownership disclosure, insurance acknowledgement, artificial intelligence disclosure, qualification affidavit, submissions-format and corrections acknowledgements, indebtedness and payment statements, letter of intent, good-standing or subsistence certificates, and a Diversity Business Enterprise Program form. A required Excel proposal-cost response template must also be completed; an optional feedback questionnaire and optional supplemental documents are identified.
