Description
The City of Casper is soliciting bids for revegetation work associated with old landfill remediation and pipeline work. The scope includes placing, spreading, discing, seeding, and mulching at the project site. Bids must be submitted exclusively through QuestCDN VirtuBid. A bid guaranty of at least 5% of the total base bid is required, generally as a bid bond; for bids under $150,000, a cashier's check may be submitted instead. The successful bidder must provide the hardcopy bid guaranty within five business days and execute the City's agreement within 30 days after notice of award. Wyoming contractor, subcontractor, labor, and in-state materials preferences apply.
