The Wyoming State Construction Department, on behalf of Casper College, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed architects and engineers to perform a Level II study for the Casper College Industrial Technology Building. The study will support the development of a new facility that will house the Auto Body, Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, and Welding programs. The scope includes conducting the Level II study and providing cost estimating services. Proposals must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system using State of Wyoming forms. Questions are due by September 2, 2026, and the SOQ submission deadline is September 16, 2026.
