Description
The Bureau of Land Management requires a three-year service and maintenance agreement for an existing Software House C-CURE 9000 electronic door access control system supporting approximately 21 controlled doors, associated controllers, and related devices. The scope includes C-CURE 9000 software licensing renewal, system upgrades, firmware and software management, annual inspections and testing, preventive maintenance, technical support, deficiency reporting, and system documentation updates. The existing system is version 2.70.539.289, supports government PIV/CAC credentials through Software House's High Assurance suite, and may require some on-site technical support; telephone technical support is acceptable. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, supervision, tools, software, travel, and incidentals necessary to maintain the system. The quotation must include a signed quote package, sufficient technical information to establish acceptability, the offeror's UEI, C-CURE 9000 experience references, a commitment to provide licensing and software support, a preventive maintenance and testing plan, technical support information, personnel qualifications and C-CURE 9000 documentation, a commitment to required deliverables, and completed pricing information. The response deadline was extended to September 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT, and the period of performance was adjusted to September 25, 2026, through September 24, 2029.
