The Wyoming State Construction Department, on behalf of Casper College, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed architects and engineers to perform a Level II study for a new Health Sciences Building on the Casper College campus in Casper, Wyoming. The proposed building will be approximately 75,000 gross square feet, potentially three stories, and will consolidate health science programs from existing facilities into a modern, purpose-built learning environment. The study will include advanced laboratories, simulation spaces, classrooms, and collaborative areas, and will incorporate cost estimating services. The selected firm will be responsible for the Level II study, which is a comprehensive feasibility and planning analysis. The solicitation is issued through the Public Purchase online bidding system, and all submissions must be made through that platform using State of Wyoming forms.
