Description
The United States Army, through the Army Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of Thin Layer Explosives, specifically SP02 and SP03. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), one-year contract. The National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and Part Numbers are: NSN 1377-01-356-7841, Part Number 51960-1; and NSN 1377-01-356-7842, Part Number 51960-4. This procurement is restricted to one or a limited number of responsible sources under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.103-1(b). Offerors must submit a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter or Government-approved equivalent signed by an authorized Government engineer to be eligible for award.
