The Army Contracting Command–Rock Island is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote restricted to Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence for one year of maintenance and support for 12 PC-DMIS licenses and 11 Q-DAS licenses supporting the Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center. The requirement includes software and license updates, minor-version upgrades, patches, releases, debugging, and telephone, email, fax, and online technical support during the contractor’s business hours, with reported-problem response no later than the next business day. The software must operate on Army Gold Master Windows 11 without administrative user rights, and all available updates and upgrades must be delivered at no additional cost. Quotes must include delivery to the specified Rock Island Arsenal destination, and a Certificate of Conformance is required. The award is expected to be firm fixed price and made to the lowest-priced responsive and responsible offeror; payment will use Wide Area WorkFlow.
