Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting the manufacture and supply of SHELL, AFTERBODY FW components in accordance with controlled technical drawings, including drawing 6935027 and associated referenced drawings. Refurbished material is not acceptable. Offerors that are not the original manufacturer must identify the OEM, OEM CAGE code, and offered part number; distributors must provide proof of authorization from the OEM on company letterhead with their offer. The components must meet specified marking, serialization, soldering, identification, packaging, inspection, and quality-system requirements, including MIL-STD-130, IPC J-STD-001 Class 3, Requirement 67 of MIL-STD-454, MIL-STD-2073, and MIL-I-45208 or an approved ISO 9001/ISO 9002 alternative. Evaluation will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Controlled drawings require access through an approved DD2345 Data Custodian. The procurement requires CMMC Level 1 self-assessment and is a total small-business set-aside.
