Description
The United States Army Contracting Command–Rock Island is soliciting a firm-fixed-price construction contract to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to repair the driveways and sidewalks at Quarters 1 on Rock Island Arsenal. The work includes pavement removal, site grading, construction of a parking lot, driveways, and sidewalks, installation of a storm sewer system and new 1-inch water service line, and relocation and installation of electrical systems for lighting. Amendment 0002 provides the updated submittal register, Division 1 specifications, site-visit attendee list, and light-pole pictures; all other solicitation terms remain in effect. The project must be completed within 120 working days after the Notice to Proceed, with commencement required within 45 working days of the Notice to Proceed. Proposals must include a schedule and key personnel information, past performance, a price proposal for CLIN 0001 and unit prices for CLINs 0002 and 0003, a bid bond, and proof of appropriate contractor licensing. The acquisition is a 100% small-business set-aside, and electronic bid-bond submission is permitted.
