Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Jefferson is soliciting sealed bids for the Dulle Tower Window Renovation project in Jefferson City, Missouri. The work includes demolition of existing aluminum-framed glazed and opaque unit window systems, storefront window systems, and an exterior hollow metal and aluminum shelter. New work includes aluminum unit windows, curtain wall systems, terrace window systems, replacement of the exterior shelter, associated cleaning, and miscellaneous related work. Notice to proceed is expected by November 6, 2026, or after the November 19, 2026, Housing Authority Board meeting.
