Description
The Massachusetts Division of Insurance is soliciting a third referee appointee to review fire and casualty insurance agent contract cancellations, modifications, or expirations under Massachusetts General Laws chapter 175, section 163, and to review disputes concerning the amount of loss in fire insurance claims under chapter 175, sections 99 through 100H. The solicitation identifies the procurement as an open, non-statewide solicitation and permits electronic quotes.
