Description
The University of Georgia is seeking a single-source contractor to provide and install a custom display and casework project at the Tate Student Center. The scope includes four custom angled walls with integrated direct-view LED displays, LED edge lighting, custom headers, cabinet-grade plywood and high-pressure laminate construction, recessed and puck lighting, contour-cut 3D lettering, laminated finishes, painted elements, and three three-tile-wide by six-tile-tall displays. The contractor must provide in-house fabrication, graphics production, audiovisual integration, initial content development, and a clear script and storyboard for future content use. A full-scale client preview covering fit, finish, graphics, audiovisual components, and initial content must be approved before shipment and installation. The work must be performed by a single-source vendor with no subcontractors, completed within 120 days of notice to proceed, and installed on site within five days or less. Bidders must demonstrate at least three similar completed projects, including one student-center project at a higher-education institution, with project locations, summaries, costs, and references. Submission requirements include an itemized cost proposal, completed E-Verify affidavit, completed Background Check Agreement, completed tax compliance form, Certificate of Insurance, and proof of prior projects with references. No payment or performance bonds are required.
