Description
Charlotte County Public Schools is conducting a Request for Information regarding ground penetrating radar services for K-12 campus utility mapping and structural scanning. The district seeks information about contractor experience, public-sector or cooperative-contract eligibility, pricing approaches without submitting actual rates, mobilization and off-hours practices, site obstacles, subsurface depth limitations, equipment and antenna flexibility, and data post-processing. Respondents are also asked about deliverable formats, utility-mapping quality levels under ASCE 38-22, personnel certifications and field qualifications, school-site access and background-check readiness, safety programs, private-utility locating limitations, liability practices, emergency response times, and obstruction-delay policies. Responses must address the RFI questions; no pricing information or rates should be submitted.
