Description
New York State's Office of Mental Health is seeking applications to establish or expand health-led community behavioral health crisis response pilot programs consistent with the Daniel's Law Task Force Behavioral Health Crisis Response report. The opportunity will fund at least four pilot programs, including at least one serving a rural area, and permits multi-county proposals. Up to $8 million is available. The contract term is five years. Not-for-profit applicants must be prequalified by the submission deadline. Applications must be submitted through the Statewide Financial System; hard-copy and email submissions are not accepted.
