Description
The State of Wyoming, Office of the Attorney General, is seeking a comprehensive, secure, and scalable software solution to manage its statewide 24/7 Sobriety Program. This program, implemented in 2017, aims to reduce impaired driving and improve compliance among high-risk offenders by requiring participants to abstain from alcohol and drugs and submit to regular testing, with swift consequences for violations. The current system has limitations in data entry efficiency, reporting capabilities, and integration across devices and platforms. The new solution should support participant management, testing administration, compliance monitoring, and reporting, including integration with various testing devices and other systems. Key features include real-time monitoring, role-based access, and financial tracking. The selected vendor will be responsible for system design, configuration, implementation, data migration, integration, training, and ongoing maintenance and support. The anticipated project start date is September 2026, with full implementation targeted within one month of contract execution.
