Description
The Wyoming State Construction Department, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Health and the Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC), is soliciting bids for repairs to the superintendent house located at 8202 WY-789, Lander, WY 82520. The project includes interior work such as replacement of flooring, gas fireplace, and bathroom renovation, as well as exterior repairs including replacement of back porch awning, roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, and chimney repair. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026. Bids are due by July 23, 2026, and must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system. A bid deposit of 10% is required for bids over $150,000.
