Description
The Sweetwater County Conservation District (SWCCD) is seeking a quote for a Community Engagement Proposal focused on outreach and education to advertise a mill levy. The proposal should include services for two educational mailings and website content for https://swccd.us. Additionally, it should provide talking points, handouts, and other materials to assist district board members, county commissioners, the Political Action Committee (PAC), and other public outreach participants. Required services include professional consulting and administrative support. Mailer 1 should be a newsletter-style document detailing SWCCD's mission, services, and funding proposal, including a link to an online survey. Mailer 2 should be a large-format postcard summarizing the proposal and including survey reminders, with text directed towards mobile devices and a survey invite/reminder. The vendor will need to obtain data, including graphic design, from the Wyoming voter database for addresses and count mobile phones. Optional services include a third mailer summarizing survey findings and next steps, social media advertising and announcements, broadcast media (TV and radio spots), and local newspaper ads.
