Description
The State of Wyoming, Department of Administration & Information, Purchasing Section is soliciting bids for annual inspection and repair services for four generators at the Wyoming Women's Center located in Lusk, WY. The services include engine maintenance (oil and filter changes, air filter replacement), battery maintenance, fuel system inspection, belt inspection, cooling system checks, electrical/controls inspection, structural inspection, and transfer switch testing. The vendor must be able to respond to communications within 24 hours and provide on-site emergency response within 48 hours. Technicians must pass a background check for site access. The awarded bidder must possess all necessary certifications, provide required tools and parts to maintain warranties, and supply updated operations and maintenance manuals. The contract period is for one year, with the option to extend for two additional years, for a total of up to three years. Payments are contingent upon the availability of government funds.
