Description
The City of Ormond Beach, Florida is seeking qualified firms to provide emergency debris removal, reduction, and recovery services. This Request for Proposals (RFP) aims to establish contracts for services required after a disaster event, including preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation phases. Contractors must demonstrate the capacity to manage disaster response labor and subcontractors, with the ability to mobilize rapidly for both large-scale debris volumes from hurricanes and smaller volumes from tornadoes. The City is looking for experienced contractors with a proven track record in disaster response.
