Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting bids for on-call and as-needed Title and Escrow Services. These services are required for properties located in Stanislaus County to support the acquisition of properties for future State highway facilities. The contractor must be a title and escrow company licensed by the California Department of Insurance and capable of providing timely preliminary reports and handling escrow services for partial acquisitions, utility-owned parcels, and properties requiring in-person searches at the county recorder's office.
