Description
This project involves the construction of a new Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Base Building Facility at Casper/Natrona County International Airport (CPR). The ATCT Cab will be an 8-sided structure, approximately 440 square feet, offering a 360-degree view, situated atop a 127-foot tall shaft. The supporting Base Building will be approximately 2,700 gross square feet. Construction activities will encompass deep foundations, grade beams, concrete slabs, load-bearing cold-formed metal framing, masonry, interior finishes, fire protection systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and telecommunications systems. Bid Alternate 1 includes fiber optic cabling and a duct bank to Radar Site ASR8. Bids will be received and opened electronically on July 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time in the Public Safety Training Room at Casper/Natrona County International Airport, 8328 Fuller Street, Casper, WY 82604. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time at the same location.
