The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for evidence impound, tow, and storage services for their South Los Angeles Area office. The services will be provided on an as-needed, 24-hour, seven-days-a-week basis. The contract term is anticipated to be from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2029, with a budgetary limit of $600,000.00. Bidders must have a minimum of three verifiable years of for-hire towing experience and must be rotation tow providers in good standing with the CHP South Los Angeles Area office Tow Service Agreement. The DVBE participation requirement has been waived for this solicitation.
