Description
The National Park Service is requesting proposals for a park-wide sign update and replacement program at Minute Man National Historical Park as part of the Great American Outdoors Act Legacy Restoration Fund and Freedom 250 commemoration. The requirement includes fabrication and installation of roadway, pathfinder, directional, informational, regulatory, and accessibility signs throughout the approximately 1,000-acre park, along with demolition of select existing signs, in accordance with the scope of work and specifications. Amendment 0001 provides site-visit information and responses to questions. Direct-print aluminum and high-pressure laminate sign production are acceptable, with direct-print aluminum preferred for most signs. The park will provide the archaeological monitor, fonts, and design standards. Offerors are encouraged to inspect the site; the organized walkthrough was held on September 1, 2026, at 174 Liberty Street, Concord, Massachusetts. The contract has a stated performance period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and is a total small-business set-aside.
