Description
Beale Air Force Base is seeking potential sources for one or more recycling agreements supporting its Qualified Recycling Program. The provider must furnish permanent containers at six specified installation locations, provide container pickup and drop-off within 48 hours of request, and recycle eligible materials including appliances, stainless steel, light and heavy steel, aluminum, brass, copper wire, copper, tanks, titanium, radiators, mufflers, electrical equipment, cylinders, castors, gauges, and canisters that comply with the scrap acceptance policy. The provider must supply weights and monthly resale values for all scrap received, provide installation-access identification for employees and one-week advance notice for new personnel, demonstrate a relationship with a Certified Appliance Recycler and registration with the California Department of Toxic Substances, and provide an agreed current-market-rate resale proceeds schedule. Estimated annual quantities are provided for several metal categories, but they are expressly nonbinding. This is a sources-sought request for capability information and proposed pricing, not a funded solicitation; interested businesses should submit their business information and pricing based on the provided MOA attachments.
