Description
British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority is seeking qualified suppliers to provide wood waste management services at various locations throughout British Columbia. The scope may include supplying and servicing waste bins; collecting, transporting, and hauling wood waste; and disposing of or recycling wood waste, including treated and contaminated wood where applicable. Suppliers must ensure that waste is transported to and managed at appropriately authorized disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and environmental requirements. Services may be scheduled, as-needed, or emergency-based, and requirements may vary by location. BC Hydro intends to award multiple contracts. The initial term is three years beginning April 1, 2027, with options for up to three additional years, for a potential total term of six years. The procurement may involve negotiation.
