Two headwalls will be constructed at the intersection of these roads to accommodate inflow from the southeast. Three trench drains will also be constructed across residential driveways to help capture stormwater runoff. This system will connect to the existing drainage network, which flows to the Park Avenue outfall. Grant Funding: A Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) has been secured for the construction of flood and drainage improvements. Funding for the proposed project will be conditional upon compliance with all applicable federal, tribal, state and local laws, regulations, floodplain standards, permit requirements and conditions.
