Description
The City of Somers Point is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC services from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Proposers must describe their experience and reputation, knowledge of the city and subject matter, proposed compensation and billing basis, and any other factors supporting their proposal. The city may make multiple awards. Proposers must provide at least three references and indicate their years in business and approximate years doing business with the city. Selected candidates may be asked to make a formal presentation to the City Council or an appropriate board or commission. The successful contractor must comply with applicable mandatory equal-opportunity requirements and indemnification obligations.
