Description
The City of Tampa intends to single-source a geospatial data platform supporting traffic safety, planning, and operational analysis. The requested speed and traffic-calming solution includes user-seat licenses, staff access, onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support. The platform is expected to provide automated, system-wide traffic speed and volume data across municipal corridors without requiring hardware deployment. The prospective vendor must be an authorized manufacturer’s distributor or dealer and must be able to provide warranty service, maintenance, or repairs for the quoted product when requested. Respondents must confirm their ability to provide the requested goods or services and upload documentation establishing authorized-vendor status.
