Description
The Clarkstown Central School District is soliciting bids for the supply of various snack items for the 2026-2027 school year. The contract will be for a one-year term from the date of award. Bidders must provide brand-specific items as listed on the Price Schedule, ensuring all products meet "Smart Snack" compliance and adhere to the District's Wellness Policy and USDA "All Food in Schools" Standards. Nutritional analysis, ingredient lists, and case pack sizes must be submitted with each bid. Deliveries will be made to multiple school locations throughout Rockland County, New York, with an estimated monthly demand of 40,000 individual snack items. Pricing must be net, inclusive of all delivery costs, and remain firm for sixty days post-award, with provisions for price adjustments thereafter. The award will be made on a per-item or total-group basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
